As a holistic health educator, she takes a person-centered experiential learning approach with a holistic emphasis on developing and integrating the emotional, psychological, physical, social, soulful, and spiritual dimensions of a person with a particular focus on the soulful and spiritual.
As an expressive arts facilitator she incorporates poetry, storytelling, pottery, visual arts, and movement along with contemplative practices of centering, guided visualization, mindfulness, mandalas, mandorlas, and lectio divina to foster wholeness of the self, body, heart, spirit, and soul.
